Adrienne is a results-oriented Human Resources practitioner with a reputation for excellence in service, support, and strategic guidance. For nearly five years at Saint-Gobain, she has championed talent development and organizational growth across the construction chemicals division.

● Katie Bartojay, Director, Technical Service Center, Bureau of Reclamation
Katie leads over 500 engineers and scientists pioneering innovative solutions for water and power across the Western U.S. With over 25 years of experience, she has been recognized as both the Bureau of Reclamation Engineer of the Year and an ACI Fellow for her leadership in engineering and construction.

● Anne-Sophie Chevallier, Senior R&D Manager, Chryso North America
Anne-Sophie drives research and development for sustainable admixture technologies that lower the environmental footprint of concrete. With international experience across Europe, Africa, and North America, she fosters collaboration and innovation to advance low-GWP mix designs.

● Daniela Alvarenga Hernández, Civil Engineer and Construction Management Professional
Daniela is a Civil Engineering and Construction Management graduate from Universidad Panamericana, Guadalajara, with a focus on sustainable and resilient infrastructure. She founded and led her university’s ACI Student Chapter to national and international recognition and has contributed to projects with Baker Concrete Construction, Cemex Mexico, and Holcim.

● Ron Klemencic, Chairman and CEO, Magnusson Klemencic Associates
Ron is Chairman and CEO of Magnusson Klemencic Associates, known for landmark high-rise projects including Salesforce Tower and Rainier Square. An ACI Fellow and renowned innovator, he continues to shape the future of performance-based structural design worldwide.

● Stephanie G. Paal, Associate Professor, Texas A&M University
Paal is the Williams Brothers Construction Company Associate Professor at Texas A&M University, integrating AI and data-driven methods into infrastructure resilience research. A recipient of the NSF CAREER Award, she also chairs ACI 135: Machine Learning-Informed Construction and Design.
