Janet Morra
Janet Morra, AIA, LEED AP, is a principal and partner at Margulies Perruzzi (MP), and is a leader of the firm’s Workplace Studio. Since joining MP in 1991, Janet has overseen many of the firm’s largest and most complex projects, specializing in corporate headquarters and large renovations. She is also a strong proponent for MP’s sustainable design and wellness-based design initiatives, and has written extensively about LEED and WELL building standards.
Some of Janet’s notable, award-winning projects include the innovative LEED Gold headquarters for software company PTC; the high-performance workplace for Zipcar’s headquarters; the LEED Gold headquarters for Iron Mountain; and the LEED Platinum headquarters for Forrester Research.
Janet has been a key contributor and driving force behind MP’s Workplace Strategy research. She is a frequent presenter on how business drivers affect workspace design and how emerging business practices will continue to shape the work space of the future.
