MONOKOTE FIREPROTECT Board is well suited for all non-residential projects, including data centers, high-rise commercial construction, industrial facilities, parking garages, gymnasiums, elevator shafts, and other environments where dependable fire protection and minimal jobsite disruption are critical. The board system installs dry, requires no surface preparation, and no curing time, helping contractors maintain aggressive schedules while protecting sensitive environments and leaving behind minimal waste.

MONOKOTE FIREPROTECT Board wraps at-risk steel members at specified thicknesses and is UL Classified for up to three hours of fire resistance. Boards are easily cut on site and fastened using standard accessories, with no lath required, even on oversized steel members, supporting faster installation and reduced labor complexity.
