Royal Building Products, a Westlake company, announced the addition of several new products to the Royal Trim and Mouldings line. The innovation announcements roll out as part of Royal’s 50th Anniversary in 2020, which includes launches across several product categories throughout the year.

Embossed Woodgrain Column Wraps
Royal has added a new Embossed Woodgrain Column Wrap to its line of PVC Column Wraps. Made from 100% cellular PVC, Royal’s column wraps are resistant to moisture, preventing issues found in traditional wood columns, such as warping, rotting, and insect damage. Like the smooth column wraps, the woodgrain version is available in 4×4, 6×6, 8×8 and 12×12 in 8’6″, 10’ and 12’ lengths. The woodgrain column wraps are available in the same quantity, packaging, and price as the smooth version and feature Royal’s protective film to keep them clean through installation.
All Royal column wraps come pre-assembled and ready to install. In addition to multiple lengths and widths, Royal offers three distinct cap and base profiles to choose from: Traditional, Craftsman, and Contractor series, all included with the woodgrain embossed finish to match the wraps.
Tapered Column Wraps
Royal is also launching new Tapered Column Wraps with a smooth texture, in 5” and 6” lengths. Each Tapered Column Wrap is ready-to-assemble in 10” x 6”, 12” x 8” and 16” x 12”. The Tapered Column Wraps are designed with a durable ½” thickness for quality and long-lasting performance and are available in two distinct capital and base styles: Traditional and Craftsman.
Harbor Gray PVC Sheet Board
Royal introduces a new color to all sheet products—Harbor Gray, a beautiful true gray tone. Available in popular sheet sizes, Harbor Gray PVC products are both durable and weatherable for all applications.
Conceal V-Stone Water Table
The Conceal V-Stone Water Table is 100% cellular PVC and is a decorative solution when transitioning from stone to siding. An excellent alternative to faux stone caps, the slope projects 2 ½” off the wall for full coverage. It has a 14 degree slope for superior watershed and built-in drip edge and reverse slope to keep water away. The hard Celuka profile resists denting, making it both affordable and easy to clean.
1” x 6” Reversible Nickel Gap/V-Groove Plank
Royal’s 1” x 6” Nickel Gap Shiplap offers interior old-world charm with the technology of cellular PVC precision millwork with tongue and groove engagement. Its shadow lines provide a nailing flange to create a finished look without showcasing exposed fasteners. Now available in 16’ and 18’ lengths in Royal Bright White, the product’s actual size is 3/4″ x 5 ½”.
