The new coastal decks for the Yantian Costal Promenade in Shenzen, China, feature dassoXTR fused bamboo decking after it was damaged by Typhoon Mangkhut in 2018.
The rebuilding project, extending nearly 19.5 kilometers, starts at the ancient tower in Zhongying Street and extends alongside the Golden Bay Beach, connecting Shatoujiao, Yantian Port, Dameisha, and Xiaomeisha Beach. Three stations were built at the junction of the coastal promenade and Yantian greenway, each with a library covering an area of more than 80 square meters.
