Panel Built was founded in 1995 by brothers Pat and Mike Kiernan and began with the construction of pre-manufactured buildings. Today Panel Built offers a complete line of custom modular offices, mezzanines, security booths, pre-assembled exterior buildings, and cleanrooms.

As a member of the Panel Built family for four years, Nathaniel Otto has composed more than 100 articles and marketing pieces covering their wide range of modular construction products. Nathaniel has crafted award-winning project case studies, most notably Modular Building Institute’s Award of Distinction on one of many successful building projects. Nathaniel aims to incorporate Panel Built’s mission to “solve customers’ space needs with excellence and great customer service” into his works.
