Brian Arbogast

As a Senior Principal and Healthcare Operations Manager at HEAPY, Brian Arbogast, PE, HFDP, LEED AP BD+C, works closely with healthcare administrators, physicians, medical staff, and patients to create patient-centered, healing environments that support efficient operations. Brian has designed new hospitals, hospital expansions and retrofits, laboratories, clinics, and medical offices. While technical knowledge is a cornerstone of Brian’s success, his thoughtful and practical leadership style creates a culture of collaboration among clients, offices, disciplines, and colleagues.

Daric Hess

As the Healthcare Practice Director, Daric Hess, PE, LEED AP BD+C, provides guidance to HEAPY’s engineering staff on the latest innovations in healthcare design and the development of design tools, codes, and overall industry insight. Daric is responsible for the conceptual design and development of innovative engineering solutions for design projects across healthcare’s broad spectrum of facilities. He provides valuable technical leadership to project teams, adding insight and creativity from the initial project planning stages through design reviews and throughout the construction process.
