Ron Partridge

Ron Partridge is a senior account manager in the technical polymers business unit at Arkema. Partridge is responsible for the sales of Kynar PVDF polymer into the NA coatings market. He has more than 30 years’ experience in the polymer industry in sales, business development, technical service, and R&D. He has worked for Arkema for the past 17 years. He received his BS degree in chemistry and materials science from The State University of New York at Stony Brook in 1984.

Lon Bauer

Lon Bauer is product development manager at APV Engineered Coatings. He has more than 26 years of expertise in the chemical and coatings industry. Over the course of his career Bauer has received two patents and developed commercialized chemistries including high-performance PVDF coatings under the brand NeverFade Facade Restoration Coatings with Kynar Aquatec, specialty bonding primers, functional coatings, textile treatments, industrial inks, adhesives and heat seal coatings for OEM and field-applications.

Kurt Wood

Kurt Wood of Arkema is chair of the SSPC C.1.8 Fluoropolymer Topcoats Committee.

Dave Hanna

Dave Hanna is the marketing manager at APV Engineered Coatings. He has been in the building products industry for more than 11 years, focusing on a wide variety of substrates.

Ernie Porco

Ernie Porco is a product application engineer at APV Engineered Coatings. He is the subject matter expert for the Neverfade Facade Restoration Coatings with Kynar Aquatec product line, along with the OEM-applied coating products. He has been in coatings industry for nearly a decade and is a Nace-certified coating inspector. Porco plays an integral part of every project by completing mockups, adhesion testing, and reviewing specifications to ensure proper preparation and application.
