Iltaz Alam is a product manager at GCP and holds a Chemical Engineering degree. Iltaz has over 15 years of waterproofing experience globally and has worked with several liquid applied waterproofing technologies throughout his professional career.
Greg Austin is the global product director, specialty building materials, for GCP Applied Technologies. Based in Cambridge, Massachusetts, he has a background in consulting and more than five years of experience in waterproofing system development and construction materials.
Xia Cao is principal scientist at GCP Applied Technologies. She has more than 12 years of experience in waterproofing system and building materials development, and more than 20 years in material science and process engineering. Cao holds a PhD in chemical engineering and has produced more than 20 technical publications, 10 published patents, and five pending patent applications.
Riccardo Stoppa is the global marketing manager of the cement additives division at GCP. He holds a master’s in industrial chemistry from the University of Milan and an MBA from the SDA Bocconi School of Management. Riccardo has contributed to the development and launch of new technologies and products like the CO2ST® reducer, Tavero® VM and innovative services like the GCP DASH® real-time product selection application. GCP chemical additives enable cement and concrete customers to improve the strength and quality of their products.
